La Ferme Intégrale relies on this almost closed production system (water recirculation) to strengthen the food autonomy of our cities, through local, healthy, fresh and tasty products.
An “Integrale” farm inspired by integral ecology with man at the center of the project to produce local and sustainable products. Our aquaponic farm is designed to monitor our environmental impacts from upstream to downstream of production.
Here are the main stages of our development that you can follow:
1- between May and October 2021, construction of the commercial demonstrator on 700m2 which validates the market outlets for 12 to 18 months. Necessary step before moving to a large scale.
2- from the end of 2022: the structure will be enlarged to 5000m2 of production. Enough to intensify the local offer by producing 40t of fish and 60t of vegetables and aromatics per year.
3- Deployment: in parallel and thanks to our design work in the design office, we are able to duplicate these models of large-scale aquaponic farms, optimized and made viable for economic players in cities with 20,000 to 300,000 inhabitants.
